* Depicts minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
* Promotes non-consensual sexual content ("deepfakes" of real persons without consent).
* Is illegal, threatening, or promotes violence.
* Violates any local, state, or federal laws.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. AI Disclaimer
The content generated by our AI models is for entertainment purposes only. The AI is not a human and may generate fictional, incorrect, or nonsensical information. Alyxsissy does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated output.

6. Subscriptions & Billing
Services are billed on a subscription basis. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Alyxsissy or its owners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or AI outputs on the site.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
